All of these drugs can cause bronchospasm in the lungs and can be used to treat asthma. The FDA also has approved the use of a beta-agonist to treat asthma, a beta-agonist to treat bronchospastic bronchospasm and a beta-agonist to treat chronic bronchospastic bronchitis.
As part of the agency’s asthma-fighting efforts, the FDA has added an anti-inflammatory (Amlodipine) to prevent bronchospasm in patients with acute and chronic bronchospasm. The combination of the two drugs has been linked to a reduction in the risk of asthma attacks.
The agency said that the drug has been approved for use in children. But it does not apply to adults, and its use in children has not been assessed.

Description
Ventolin HFA is a type of bronchodilator used to treat and prevent asthma symptoms in adults and children.
Prescription Required
Ventolin HFA is available only with a valid prescription from your doctor. Ventolin HFA is available in a convenient, easy-to-swallow dose, making it easy to take with or without food. Do not drink alcohol or take other medications that contain alcohol while you are taking Ventolin HFA.
Ventolin HFA is not for use in children under 12 years of age. Ventolin HFA should be used as directed by a doctor, and the dose and duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor based on your medical condition and response to treatment.
Ventolin HFA may increase your risk of a heart attack or stroke. If you have any concerns about your condition from using Ventolin HFA, do not use this medication without first consulting your doctor. While you are using Ventolin HFA, call your doctor for medical advice about side effects or potential drug interactions. Your doctor will probably tell you not to use this medication.

What is Asthma?

Symptoms
The main symptoms of asthma are:

Side Effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. The following side effects may happen with this medicine:
Allergic Reactions (may affect up to 1 in 10,000 people)
If you have an allergic reaction, stop taking Ventolin Evohaler and see a doctor straight away.
Talk to your doctor as soon as possible if you feel your heart is beating faster or stronger than usual (palpitations). This is usually harmless, and usually stops after you have used the medicine for a while. You may feel your heartbeat is uneven or it gives an extra beat, these may affect up to 1 in 10 people.
Tell your doctor if you have any of the following side effects which may also happen with this medicine:

● Feeling shaky ● Headache
Uncommon (may affect up to 1 in 100 people)
● Mouth and throat irritation ● Muscle cramps
Rare (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people)
● A low level of potassium in your blood ● Increased blood flow to your extremities (peripheral dilatation). ● Very rare (may affect up to 1 in 10,000 people) ● Changes in sleep patterns and behaviour, such as restlessness and excitability
this medication is not recommended for use in people intolerant to some other classes of medicines or other trigger drugs.
There are some grounds for excluding patients from treatment with asthma medication if they are:
● Uncontrolled aortic stenosis (Anglo-Scovouter type). ● Other causes of aortic aneurysm can interact with this medication, so it is preferable to use a different medicine than used in this treatment. ● Heart failure. ● People with a weakened heart may be at a higher risk of heart disease. Ventolin Salbutamol (100mcg) is used to treat wheezing, shortness of breath, and coughing. Ventolin is also used to treat exercise-induced bronchospasm (EIB), which is a sudden and difficult breathing that occurs when your airways contract. Ventolin is usually taken as an oral or pufferolin inhaler. Take Ventolin as prescribed by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
Ventolin is usually taken with a meal or a snack. The usual dose is 2.5 mg or 5 mg, but this may be adjusted as needed to make up for the dose you missed. The maximum recommended dose is 10 mg. Some medicines can be taken with a meal or a snack to help reduce the chance of side effects. Inhalers may take longer to work, may need to be taken multiple times with a meal, and should not be given with food.
